The plants at Lyn and Malcolm's Garden

Dahlia 'Moonfire'

Review Notes: An eyecatching plant, we have had this plant for about 5 years, the tuber is getting quite large now. For the winter we cut back on watering as we near the time to bring in. Then cut down the foilage, and store in the passage between the house and sheds. We leave them in the pot, and don't water them. Come the Spring, we knock them out of the pot, them remove as much soil without damaging the tuber. Then repot.

Plant Type:- Tender
Colour:- Yellow and Red
Flowering Period:- Jul to Oct
